What is the maximum capacity?

The venue space holds up to 49 guests under current state guidelines.

What basics are included?

Event rental includes the following if needed: 5ft round guest tables, 8ft rectangle buffet/catering tables, 2.5ft round gift/dessert table, white garden chairs, refrigerator and freezer for use.

How can the event manager assist?

We can provide you with vendor recommendations, appropriate floor plan aesthetic, assistance with set up upon request, contacting/facilitation of catering services, etc.

Are there requirements after an event?

We ask that you bag up all trash in the receptacle provided. You are responsible for taking out everything that you, guests and/or your catering service brought in.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, cancellations occur. However, all events booked are nonrefundable. If space allows, it can be rescheduled within a timely manner.

Are there any decoration restrictions?

We do not have many restrictions when it comes to decoration because we want this to be your vision and special! The only restraints we have are open flames for candles and any hanging of products that may compromise the structure, paint, wood work, etc. You will be financially responsible for any damages that ensue.

Sound system & volume policy?

We are pleased to be welcomed be our neighbors and that’s the beauty of a downtown location! However, we have to have respect for the other businesses in the surrounding suites. We are not as strict with our weekend events, although weekday events have a sound policy before 6pm on Tuesday & Thursday and 8pm on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Requirements for reserving a date?

You will need to provide us with a copy of your drivers license (or form of government ID) and 50% of the rental fee. This fee is nonrefundable. If the date of your event should need to be changed, this holding fee will role over to your new date.

Where can my guests park?

There is a public parking lot on the corner of State Street & North 4th Street. There is also plenty of street parking in the surrounding area.

Specific accommodations to the suite?

This is a lofted suite that overlooks State Street in Downtown Geneva, IL. However there is elevator access for bringing in decorations, catering &/or guest accommodations.
